Who are we?

Since 1996, TerraIndex has been an expert in the automation, standardization and chain integration of soil testing. Over 1300 companies use our TerraIndex software on a daily basis. As a trusted partner, we also act as consultants for the implementation of various projects at home and abroad.

What personal data do we collect and why?

When you fill out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address and other data and preferences so that we can contact you in the best possible way. Furthermore, TerraIndex B.V. is the owner of the information collected in TerraIndex and the TerraIndex App. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact.

When do we collect this information?

As soon as you want to contact us through a contact form and thus enter your personal data on our site.

How do we use this information?

When you fill out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address and other details and preferences so that we can best contact you. We use this information to discuss your request with you by email or phone.

How do we protect this information?

TerraIndex B.V. takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. In addition, all sensitive information you provide is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; you can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or by looking for “https” at the beginning of the web page address.

TerraIndex B.V. uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, but also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific task (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Disclosure to Third Parties

TerraIndex B.V. will not sell or rent this information to third parties. This primarily does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating this website, conducting business, or providing services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce this site’s policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. How long do we keep your information?

Data provided through the contact form is kept until the person himself indicates that this is no longer desirable (unsubscribe/opt-out). Cookies are kept for a period of one year.
