As a lazy student I noticed TerraIndex on Google maps. At the time, it was one of the three interesting companies within a 5 km radius (he did not mention this during his job interview). Now, after 3.5 years as a developer he still feels at home.

About you
You have no shortage of talent, skills and ambition. You are resourceful, innovative and a real initiator. Before we can tell you what to do, you’ve already set up an action plan. Preferably with 2 or 3 different progressive approaches.
You don’t have to be at the top of your class, but you do have to be the best version of yourself. You don’t need to have the final say in everything, but you’ve got plenty of ideas and you like to share them. You believe that there is always room for improvement; You’ll find out where.
Hierarchy doesn’t appeal to you. You prefer to be entrusted with responsibilities. That’s also what you want for your team members. If everyone does what they do best, the team works like a well-oiled machine. The best result will follow. You’re convinced of that.

Every day, the TerraIndex software is used by 200+ international customers to carry out soil surveys quickly and accurately. As a self-managing team, we continuously aim for added value for our customers, both in our software and within our services.
