Dear customer,
On Tuesday 29 November at 07.00 PM, we will update our loginsystem to make our login proces more secure. Due to this update, TerraIndex will be unavailable for approximately one hour. Additionally, this update has consequences to your logincredentials and requires action.
New login
Per 29 November you will need to update your login credentials through the TerraIndex webapplication. Your new credentials will be your chosen e-mail and password. As a one time next step, you need to also fill in your old credentials so that we can synchronize your accounts. From that moment onward your new logincredentials will be active.
Tablet app user
Are you a tablet app user? Be sure to synchronize all your projects before you update your login credentials. Updating your credentials need to be done through the webapplication and can be done per 29 november, 8.00 PM. For the app credentials there is a transition period of a few weeks. Your old credentials will continue to work until the moment you update your credentials.
Multiple accounts
If you have multiple accounts connected to your e-mail address, please keep in mind that in the new situation you need a separate e-mail address for every account that you use.
Updating your credentials takes approximately 5 minutes of your time. Please take this into account in your planning.
